With so many places to eat at Disney World, it’s difficult to know where to start. There are literally hundreds of places and everybody will have their own unique favourites. If you need a bit of inspiration, I’ve listed what I believe to be the best quick service restaurants at Disney World and broken it down by Park and Disney Springs.
The Best Quick Service Restaurants at Disney World
Magic Kingdom
Columbia Harbour House

One of many Magic Kingdom traditions is to stop by at Columbia Harbour House. Located on the gateway to Fantasyland from Liberty Square (right by the Haunted Mansion) Columbia Harbour House has all the delights of New England – fried fish, shrimp or chicken baskets, lobster rolls, New England clam chowder, grilled salmon, vegetarian chilli and salads.
After getting my food – usually the Grilled Salmon or the Chicken Pot Pie which are both excellent – I head upstairs and find a window seat overlooking the entrance to Fantasyland. It’s the perfect spot to escape the Florida heat and spending some time there in the aircon can be incredibly pleasant.
Pecos Bill
Pecos Bill is a popular quick-service restaurant at

The nachos are always fun to have if you like to play Nacho roulette like Adam and I do. (Nacho roulette is a game where you take it in turns to choose a chip that isn’t completely covered in fajita, sauce or cheese – cause when you get down to those ones it just gets a bit messy haha!) . I couldn’t write a list of the best quick service restaurants at Disney World without including it!
Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe
You’ll have noticed that
On the corner of Tomorrowland, it has lots of indoor seating and there’s even entertainment in the form of Sonny Eclipse and his

The Friar’s Nook
Tucked away behind the castle (out the castle and make a right) is The Friar’s Nook and the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Tots which are the stuff of Magic Kingdom legend! $9.99 or one quick service credit enables you to same the delights of the buffalo chicken, potato tots, blue cheese and garlic ranch topped with chopped celery. I don’t say this often but they’re perfect for sharing!
Animal Kingdom

Satu’li Canteen
Starting with what I think is one of the best quick service restaurants at Disney World in
If you were hoping to try the cheeseburger or vegetable curry pods you’re fresh outta luck. Sadly they’ve removed them from the entree menu however in a small glimmer of hope, the cheeseburger pod does remain on the

UPDATE: one of the members of my #CLROhana Facebook group has let me know that you can still get them in adult portions – you just have to ask – hello secret menu item!
Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes
Before Pandora gave us the option of Satu’li Canteen – there was a clear favourite in the Animal Kingdom food stakes – Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes have a ton of delicious options. Think flavoursome Asian flavours!
Adam and I tend to go for the Teriyaki Beef and the Honey C

Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes is also home to the famous Chicken Fried Rice. This can be bought using a snack credit and depending on how hungry you are, can substitute getting a full meal. The egg rolls also deserve a special mention here – if you’re an egg roll fan – try one!
I can’t wait to head back to yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes – a must when we visit Animal Kingdom.
Hollywood Studios
Ronto Roasters
Hollywood Studios has always been the weakest park for quick service and with Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge brought the welcome opening of two new quick service restaurants – Ronto Roasters and Docking Bay 7.
If you’re looking for a good breakfast or speedy lunch, Ronto Roasters has some great options. My favourite was the Endorian Chicken Wrap – marinated chicken, cucumber relish, yoghurt and feta pesto sauce – an absolute TASTE sensation!
Ronto Roasters also does a breakfast wrap, the Ronto Morning Wrap – eggs, grilled pork sausages, cheddar and peppercorn sauce in pita bread. The perfect breakfast after you’ve finish smuggling goods on the Millennium Falcon.

Woody’s Lunch Box
While there is a distinct lack of food available in Toy Story Land, the offering available is not to be sniffed it. Woody’s Lunch Box offers some delicious quick service offers – oh and one more word… tots!
The first time I tried it I couldn’t

Totchos are potato barrels that come smothered in a Beef and Bean Chili, cheese and queso with tomatoes and corn chips. They’re then finished with sour cream and a sprinkle of green onions and they are DELICIOUS! Honestly just thinking about them make my mouth water!
The second meal I tried has changed slightly on the current menu but it was the Grilled Three Cheese Sandwich – the ultimate comfort food! When I visited in October it did come with a small pot of tomato soup to dip in to but this also seems to have disappeared from the menu. You can still purchase the soup separately and it’s so good to dip your sandwich in
Catalina Eddie’s
It might seen like a random choice to some, but I love stopping by at Catalina Eddie’s! I’m a big fan of the standard Disney Cheese Pizza’s and this is my favourite place to pick it up at Disney. It comes with a side of crunchy Caeser Salad which comes smothered in Caeser dressing and I honestly can’t get enough of it! I love the location too as it allows me to people watch down Sunset Boulavard and my bae, Tower of Terror is at the bottom. Perfect!
Epcot
La Cantina de San Angel
My ultimate Favourite quick service restaurant at Epcot is located in the Mexico pavilion – La Cantina de San Angel! I love picking up some food from here and watching Illuminations. Think nachos, tacos, chips and guac and a whole host of other Mexican dishes. There’s also an extensive choice or alcoholic beverages – frozen Margaritas in various flavours, sangria and beer. It’s a fantastic way to end a day at Epcot – chilling with some good food and a beer while watching a fantastic firework show!
Disney Springs

Chicken Guy!
Our big discovery of our last trip was Chicken Guy!, located at Town Centre in Disney Springs (it’s actually underneath Planet Hollywood!). There was a queue to get in but damn, it was worth the wait!
Chicken Guy! Is exactly what it says on the tin… chicken, chicken, chicken! They’ve got everything from tenders to burgers and more sauces than you can shake a stick at. I went for a ‘Big Bite B.L.A.T’ – two juicy chicken tenders, crispy bacon, avocado cream, tomatoes and buttermilk ranch dressing. It might be the best chicken burger I’ve ever had! A classic BLT is always gonna be a strong choice but the avocado and the ranch just topped it off beautifully.
Adam went for the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ -pepper jack, bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, special sauce, slaw and pickles and in his words – that was bangin’ and he also says it’s one of the best chicken burgers he’s ever had!
Burgers are reasonably priced – around $6 each – or you can get a combo meal which is a burger, fries and a fountain drink for $11.49 – or one quick service credit on the Disney Dining Plan.
Blaze Pizza
I couldn’t write a blog post about the best quick service restaurants at Disney World without mentioning my favourite Pizza place (except for Via Napoli of course). Blaze Pizza is located in the Town Center area of Disney Springs.

Blaze allows you to totally customise your pizza from the
I’m hoping to add more Disney Springs quick service locations to this list when I get back from my next trip!
