Everybody loves a good pamper and when you can throw in some champagne and a girly gossip how could you resist? The
Laurent Perrier Champagne Nail Bar is situated in
The Club and Spa, located in Birmingham’s newest development The Cube (located behind The Mailbox).
Last week I was kindly invited along to try out the Nail Bar where customers can come to relax, get their hands and feet pampered and enjoy some delicious Laurent Perrier champagne at the same time. When we arrived we were given a quick tour of the facilities at The Club and Spa which includes a gym, a relaxing pool with accompanying sauna and steam rooms and of course the spa including a salt room and nail area. Having been to the spa before, I knew how beautiful and tranquil the area was and everybody was impressed with the sleeping pods relaxation areas.
Back in the Nail Bar, we were treated to a complimentary shape and polish which was of course a big deal to a nail biter like me. As soon as the email came through to invite me I tried so remain conscious about my nail biting and stop myself from doing it. They were still very short but the therapist who worked on them did a fantastic job of working with what she had in front of her. I went for a round tip with a gorgeous dark red with a hint of glitter polish. I always forget how much nicer my hands look with painted nails. They instantly look more feminine and my hands appear less manly.
A shape and polish is available at the Nail Bar from £20 and I think I’ll be treating myself there more often. I also want to go back for some more treatments as I always say I’d love to go for a massage yet I’ve never booked for one.
