A letter to my 16 year old self

After a discussion at work about the one piece of advice we’d give our teenage self it got me thinking about how I’d use my extra years of wisdom to guide myself through my teenage years (if I had the chance of course!)  I drew up a list of things that if I could, I’d go back in time and tell myself.  Warning: there is some DEEP advice in this video – and then there is some bits of advice that make my laugh out loud as I fondly remember some of my teenage mistakes.
I do truly believe that that every experience moulds you as a person but it’s fun to think of the warnings we could have given ourselves; although I wouldn’t change my life experiences for anything .  I’d love to know what piece of advice you’d give your teenage self.  Leave it in the comments below or in the video comments.
