Beauty Resolutions 2014

Source
Happy 2014 to one and all.  If you visited my blog yesterday you will have seen that I rounded up my 2013 New Years beauty resolutions.  Even though I only partially completed most my resolutions, it was nice to have a constant reminder on my blog of what I was trying to achieve.  So I thought I’d do the same  for 2014.
1.Stop biting my nails – I know I included it last year and the reality is, is that I’ll probably include it every year for the rest of my life.  Biting my nails has been such a hard habit for me to kick all my life but I get a little better each year.
2. Wear SPF – I’ve been picking up a lot more products such as foundation and moisturiser that now contain no SPF so I need to invest in a good one.  Also it can’t help to wear a stronger SPF under products that do have contain it anyway.  I hit mid twenties this year so I guess it’s something I’m going to have to pay more attention too.
3. Drink more water – I spend too much of the time drinking bad sugary fizzy drinks and my skin has never thanked me for it.  2014 is the year of water and in January I’m even going cold turkey on the stuff all together!  I’m hoping that by giving it up for the month I can reduce my intake significantly.
4. Moisturise my hands – I can’t tell you how many hand creams are in my collection and most of them sit there unused and untouched.  I’m so bad at remembering to moisturise them.  I’m starting to worry they’re going to age quicker that my face (and will give away my real age in later years haha)  I need to get into a habit now to keep them hydrated.  Besides dry hands are not attractive and they HURT!
So that’s it, only four beauty resolutions this year but less changes are much easier to make that lot all in one go.  2014 is a new year and many people see it as a new start.  I’d love to hear what your new years resolutions are, leave me them in the comments below.
