My Updated Skincare Routine: The Evening

This is part two of my updated Skincare routine (for part one click here) and I will be focusing on what I do of an evening when I’m ready to take all that ‘war paint’ off.
I like to take my make up off when I get home because there really is no need to have it on any more.  I usually do the other steps just before bed.
Step One
Bioderma Crealine H20 Solution (Full review here)**
Another beauty blogger favourite.  Bioderma is the lazy girls best friend in make up removal.  A few cotton pads of this helps to remove even the most stubborn of eye make up.  It’s been my saving grace of late.  However I have discovered a problem with it.  I think it might just be me being a bit stingy on the amount I put on my cotton pad but I don;t think I’m getting all my make up off.  My skin has started to break out so I think I need to really soak the cotton pad in it and use perhaps a few more cotton pads to really make sure I’ve got it all off.
**Sidenote:  Sometimes I follow this with a my Liz Earle C&P if I feel I need to double cleanse (if I have a breakout etc) or sometimes I replace this step with my C&P (It depends on my mood!!)
Step Two
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair
If you are a follower of my blog you know how much I have already raved about this stuff.  It’s like gold for skincare in a bottle as far as I am concerned.  I really am not going to badger on about this again and instead suggest you read my full review (if you haven’t already) by clicking here.
Step Three
No7 Beautiful Skin Night Cream
I started using night cream at the start of the year on the advice from my mother that it was never too early to think about.  I actually purchased this before the day cream and it was off the back of this product that I chose to buy that.  I’m in love with this stuff.  It was my first defence against my dry skin outbreak and was doing a reasonably good job on its own before I introduced serum into my routine.
All in all I’m very pleased with my routine for the time being, it’s working for me.  I’ve learnt my lesson that once it doesn’t you must make adjustments as soon as you can.  If you want to see me go into more detail about my routine (and how to use the products) you can click on the YouTube video below.
