Bioderma Crealine H20 Solution

After reading about and reading about and reading about… andddddd reading about Bioderma Crealine H2O Solution I decided that it was about time I gave it a try.  I’ll be honest and admit that I am pretty lazy when it comes to removing my make up.  I hate nothing more that standing over the sink buffing in my Liz Earle or Clinique then faffing with the muslin cloth, especially after a night out (actually make that any time of day!)

A bit of background on Bioderma; it is a ‘micellar solution’ which basically means it consists of oil inside water molecules.  This means it is very gentle on the skin but powerful enough to remove even the toughest make up.  On it’s website it says it has been formulated for dry to normal skin which means even somebody like me who’s skin can decide what it is doing can use it.
I read quite a few reviews before I took the plunge and made the purchase as part of my Thrifty challenge (see here) from a reputable seller on ebay.  I’ll admit I used to use baby wipes to remove make up but they just weren’t cutting it, which is another reason why I was looking for another solution.
It’s so easy to use.  All you need is some cotton pads.  Apply the solution to your cotton pad and just wipe the day away.  Repeat, using as many cotton pads as you need, repeat the process until the cotton pads are coming off clean.  There is no need to rinse with water after, which is the beauty of this product, it means you can do it anywhere and you’re not restricted to the bathroom!  It took about 3 cotton pads to remove all my make up including my waterproof mascara
I can see what all the fuss is about.  This is destined to become one of those ‘Holy Grail’ products to many people, me included!  I think I will be using it to remove my make up in the evenings but I will still incorporate a real cleanse into my routine on a regular basis.  Perhaps the only downside to this product is its availability; remember to ask around for people going to France so they can pick you up some cheaper… otherwise I guess you’re stuck with ebay!  You can get in in 100ml, 250ml or 500ml.  I will definitely be purchasing the 500ml next time!   Have you tried Bioderma, did you get on with it or will you be sticking with your regular routine?
