Lush Enchanter Bath Balastic Review

So if you watched my last haul video you will have seen that I went a tad ‘orange scented’ product crazy in Lush.  I’m not quite sure why, but everything seemed to be orange or mandarin scented.  Anyhoo’s, one of the items that I picked up was the ‘Lush Enchanter Bath Ballistic .  If you don’t know what a bath ballistic is, you run yourself a bath full of hot water and then you throw the ballistic in and watch it fizz lots of different colours and you get a wonderful blend of smells.
The ‘Enchanter’ is orange on the outside but as you can see from the pictures, it fizzes down into a beautiful orange, yellow and pink swirl.  I love watching the colours in the bath and the pretty patterns that it creates as it lolls arounds.  Once it’s done, your bath water turns a pretty orange shade.  One thing to mention about the bath ballistics is that there are no bubbles at the end so if you are a bubble fan, they won’t be for you.  I’d recommend trying the bubble bars as when crumbled underwater, they create lots and lots of bubbles.
As I mentioned, the Enchanter smells of Oranges.  Well this is probably something to do with the Neroli, which after a bit of research I have discovered is the plant oil produced from the blossom of the orange tree.  Neroli oil apparently has a calming effect on the nervous system (and randomly, is rumoured to be one of Coca-Cola’s ingredients as part of the secret recipe !).  The ‘Enchanter’ also has a hit of lime and a splash of frankincense in to boot which creates a smell that is not only relaxing while you are in the bath, but leaves you ready go get out and face the world.
Overall, I really enjoye using the Enchanter.  I found it was pretty to watch fizz, swirled into beautiful colours and smelt great.  It also left my skin feeling soft and refreshed.  The Enchanter is available from Lush for £3.20 which I’ve got to be honest is a bit pricey for a one use bath bomb but I think if you’re a Lush fan you would agree it is worth every penny.
